Note: Please book under the same name used to purchase the package. This is how Square connects your booking to your credits. If the package was bought for someone else, create the booking using the cardholder’s name and add the student’s name in the notes.
To redeem a package, visit the Driving School Services Page and select the service you’d like to schedule. Choosing the service opens the calendar.
From the Checkout page, your customers can Sign in or enter their phone number and choose the option to sign in when prompted.
If you have a valid package that applies to the service or class being booked, it will automatically be applied to the transaction.
Once you complete the appointment from your Square Dashboard, you will see the package credit automatically applied toward the covered service.
If you are not sure whether your credits are being applied, you can contact us anytime and we can check your remaining balance.
To make sure your lessons are correctly applied to your package, please keep the following in mind:
Book lessons under the same name used to purchase the package. This ensures our system debits the correct credit card.
If you purchased a package for someone else (e.g., your child or a student you support), please create the booking file under the credit card holder’s name and include the student’s name in the booking notes.
To access the booking calendar, select the service you’d like to schedule—even if the package has already been paid for. Choosing the service simply opens the calendar.
The cost of each lesson (e.g., one-hour lesson, ICBC mock test) will be debited from your package on the day of the appointment.
