Cancellation Policy

Each appointment you make is especially reserved for you. If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide North Island Driving School with as much notice as possible, preferably 24 hours, by calling us at 250 974 7444. Please note that many times during our regular business hours, our instructors are on the road teaching our students. We ask that you leave a message with details so we may return them immediately upon our return availability. Thank you so much for your business and patience, we always try our best to serve you!

Students arriving 15 minutes late into the lesson or not showing up shall forfeit this lesson without reimbursement of the hour or the cost of that lesson.

To cancel or re-book your appointment for a road test, please contact us 72 hours prior to the scheduled test date. Additionally, the student must also cancel the test date via the ICBC scheduling portal in order to prevent being charged $25.00 from ICBC. The student must also notify their instructor of the cancellation.

The student is responsible for the cancellation fee $25.00 charged by ICBC.
